Artists need kindness! We're going FREE

Just been thinking that it might be more attractive if you can exhibit for FREE. Then you can spend that money on canvasses and materials and make MORE beautiful art.

SO here's the thing - we need confirmation from you budding artists so that the plan for the walls can be developed early. Being out of NZ for most of November means that when I get home on 28th November I need everything to be in place.
DO NOT WAIT - book your space now! I know it's scary, but if you say yes then you'll have the added incentive of not wanting to let me down!! It's not necessary to show a new piece - we'd love to see any of your work that you're proud of.

Many ways you can engage on December 3

If you would like to be part of this but don't create art,  we'd still love to have your involvement. Race4Life Trust helps many adults and families throughout the year. If you can contribute we'd love to have you. 

Some ideas for getting involved:

* Donate an artwork (thank you!)

* Donate a silent auction item (awesome!)

* Give us your time to help set up beforehand or with jobs on the day (wonderful!)

* Spread the word to artist friends but also to likely audience (the more the merrier!)

* Save the date and join us on the day (small but valuable)

Hi interested parties,

in discussion with Race4Life Trust today we thought, after a comment from my sister, (artist Ann Woolliams) that we can make life easier (actually cheaper...) for our contributing artists by charging just $50 for an ARTIST to exhibit, not per piece. 

So please find here a new poster with the new details. Do let me know asap when you decide you will bring your work to show off. I'm out of the country for 3 1/2 weeks in November so don't leave it that late will you?!

Pass on the word to all artists - let's do ourselves proud!

A sculpture and painting..
Make that 2 paintings. Do you intend to join The Artery? If so please let me know asap. Confirm your quantity of works, and then, when you can, let me know size of works. Sooner rather than later you can send me your biography. Cover off all the little details that will save us grief towards the exhibition date.
